We’re thrilled to share one of our latest residential design projects in Shadwell, LS17, where the Paddick Engineering team created a beautiful single storey extension that has completely transformed the heart of this home.

The project features a stunning roof lantern, allowing natural light to flood into the open plan kitchen and dining area, alongside stylish bi fold doors that open seamlessly onto the garden. We also designed a series of internal alterations to improve flow and create a functional yet inviting living space, complete with a cosy feature fireplace and bespoke finishes.

From structural design to practical layout improvements, our team ensured every detail worked both technically and aesthetically.
