As part of its ongoing growth and success, Paddick has played a pivotal role in providing expert land appraisals for prominent house builders. Over the past 24 months, our detailed land appraisals have significantly contributed to national house builders securing eight key development sites across the region through highly competitive tenders. These strategic acquisitions have provided them with a robust 4-year development pipeline, totaling over 1000 residential plots over an 18 month period.
In another instance with a volume house builder we have provided them with support over 4-year period, by securing numerous development sites through both competitive tenders and exclusive one-to-one deals and ensuring realistic minimum land values, We helped them expand their regional operations over a 4 year period.
