This is an excellent opportunity for a MCABE, MCIOB, MRICS (or equivalent) qualified professional who is ready to take ownership of exciting projects and contribute to our continued growth.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification: MCABE, MCIOB, MRICS (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in Building Surveying and Condition Surveys
- Knowledge of Dilapidation tasks
- Skills in Feasibility Studies and Contract Management
- A proactive approach and ability to work as part of a collaborative team
